Refund policy

We hope that you are pleased with your order. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return any purchases within 14 days of receipt.

All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. If we notice that there is damage to a returned product or if we notice that the clothes are dirty or clearly worn, we have the right not to accept this returned item. If not, the full amount (of the returned products, not of the shipping costs) will be refunded to your account within 30 days.

The return costs, including any customs costs, are paid by the customer. Buy a shipping label with a track & trace code from a courier service of your choice. The costs of this depend on the shipping method and shipping company you have chosen. You will therefore not receive a return label from us. Without proof of shipment with track & trace code, lost returns will not be refunded.

Items in sale cannot be refunded. Shipment can take a bit more time up to two weeks. You can swap them for another size or receive a giftvoucher.

PLEASE NOTE THAT SALES ITEMS PAID FOR WITH KLARNA WILL BE REFUNDED IN THE FORM OF A GIFT CARD.
