Shipping policy

SHIPPING 

We process and send orders during our main office hours, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 6:00 pm CET. 

The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partners are between 1 and 3 working days. As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided. 

Please note that customs fees are upon own customer's responsibility.

PACKAGING

At CDH STUDIO we strive to find environmentally friendly solutions for a luxury shopping experience.

All the packages will be shipped in eco-friendly packaging. We recommend you to re-use the boxes or bags for other shippings you may do in the future!
